Does anyone know what "FHS" means when it comes to cameras?

Miro if coming from the watch and the manufacturer. And the value of the watch also. This is a Wooden Mantel clock, the front opens to the back with a key from the back opens and a FHS ago pengaliem recorded within 15 cm 78.28 back. I know it must be an antique, as it came from a 83-year-old Unies. Can anyone help? please
