Should we close a quartz watch?
I have a friend who tried to sell a watch. He says he is a former Elgin pocket watch, but He said it is a quartz clock. I have not seen yet, but let's say you've completed. Can I say what goes wrong in quartz? Did they never a quartz clock breath until it's something that has to do with mechanical movements?
Liquidation is something to do with mechanical movements. Quartz movements run on a small battery. It may be misled by the button that shows is used to set the correct time. You can tell if you see the clock running. A quartz clock will advance the second hand in a second step. A mechanical clock tick and advance the second hand 3 to 6 steps per second.
