Trying to find the manufacturer of my pocket watch …?

I recently bought a Pocket Watch Antique Prague and I tried to search information on the manufacturer. It is a symbol within the shape of the gear and the back cover, a small oval with one hand and a lamp (as Aladdin) and – I think – "Diogenes" in the upper curve of the oval. I find nothing on this line and wondered if anyone knew anything about this watch or manufacturer, etc. Thanks! (Woah, I wrote an epic …!)
